Firefighters were called to rescue a woman trapped under a cross-trainer in her Horsforth home.
The 23-year-old was lifting the heavy exercise machine down some stairs when it became wedged with her stuck underneath.

She was trapped for nearly an hour before being able to to contact firefighters thanks to her young daughter who brought her the phone.

Fire crews were called to the home on Broadgate Walk at 6.30pm on Monday, April 14, and lifted the cross-trainer off the woman.
