Horsforth's Willows Day Centre: Day services to end
Day services are to end at Horsforth's Willows Day Centre.
Facilities other than day services offered at Willows will not be affected and will continue as normal.
Day service are also to end at Penda's Way in Cross Gates and Farfields in Farsley and Richmond Hill.
Leeds City Council says up to 90 people will be affected by the changes.
They will be offered alternative services at nearby council
or voluntary sector centres.
Sandie Keane, council adult services director, said: "Everyone will continue to get a service."
