Meet Tony Hargreaves - the 'Gelderd Road Canoeist' who defied Storm Ciara to surf down the floods.

Tony, 45, said he had got the dinghy out to 'brighten up' his Sunday afternoon during the floods.

Video footage shows Tony - who works for T&J Hargreaves and sons - running onto the flooded Gelderd Road before jumping in the dinghy and rowing down the floods.
