Leeds United announce precautionary measures and fans' advice over Coronavirus for Huddersfield Town clash
The measures will see United’s team bus pull up at a new location en route to direct entry into the dressing room while Leeds are also advising fans to avoid physical contact including hugs and high fives.
The EFL announced on Friday that the Fair Play handshake between players and match officials would not take place at this weekend’s EFL matches and until further notice.

Hide AdThe EFL said that clubs were being advised to take appropriate prevention measures as per the Government guidance but that clubs could take decisions at a local level to help mitigate the risk of the virus spreading further ahead of this weekend’s matches.
Following advice from various governing bodies such as the EFL and NHS, Leeds have announced the precautionary measures that will be in place against Huddersfield as reported cases of COVID-19 continue to rise in the UK.
As well as confirming that pre-match handshakes between both teams and officials will not take place, Leeds are actively encouraging supporters to reconsider physical contact such as high fives and hugs.
United’s team bus will also pull up at a new location on the West Stand allowing the players to enter the dressing room area directly.
