Leeds have been busy in the transfer market so far this summer, with Marcelo Bielsa eager to add some quality additions to his side ahead of the new campaign. For a bit of fun, we fired up Football Manager and simulated how the Whites' transfer window could have gone. Take a look at who Leeds bought and sold in the 2020/21 summer transfer window...
1. IN: Pedro Porro - Manchester City - £10m
The Spanish youngster was snapped up for a decent fee, with Man City doubling the money they paid Girona for him. He looks set to challenge Luke Ayling for his spot in the RWB position. Photo: Alex Caparros
2. OUT: Barry Douglas - Swansea City - £2.4m
The Swans swooped for Douglas early in the window, and the Scotland international decided to call time on a two-year spell at Elland Road. Photo: Will Russell
3. IN: Nathan Ferguson - West Brom - £12.25m
Rather than Robin Koch, FM predicted that the Whites would instead beat Crystal Palace to the Baggies prospect. He's overcome a serious knee injury and is ready for action. Photo: Lewis Storey
4. OUT: Gaetano Berardi - Lugano - Free transfer
The squad overhaul saw Berardi move back to his native Switzerland, and looks set to end his career with his boyhood club. Photo: Alex Livesey
5. IN: Helder Costa - Wolves - £15m
As in real life, the Whites completed the permanent signing of Costa from Wolves. Photo: George Wood
6. OUT: Ezgjan Alioski - Trabzonspor - £7.75m
To offset their transfer spending, Leeds decided to cash in on the Macedonia international, who agreed terms with the Turkish. He's now on a very handsome contract indeed. Photo: George Wood
