Leeds United legend Vinnie Jones says X Factor is 'what he needed' since wife died
Tanya Jones lost her long battle with cancer in the summer of 2019.
The actor and former Leeds United footballer is currently staring on the ITV show and offered an emotional thanks to the judges for the chance to perform.

Hide AdReduced to a sing-off with Glee star Kevin McHale last night, Jones offered to remove himself from the show having gained the therapeutic benefits he wanted.
He said: "I feel that I've had a fantastic time. I've really enjoyed.
"It's been everything I've needed since my wife passed."
Jones took to the stage on X Factor: Celebrity with a medley of hits by The Clash, dressed in a black and white Union Jack suit.
Judge Nicole Scherzinger said: "You're so raw, you're so rough around the edge . You're a beautiful representative of a true Brit."

Hide AdFollowing Tanya's death, Leeds United tweeted their condolences, posting: "The thoughts of everyone at LUFC are with Vinnie Jones, and the family and friends of his wife Tanya, who has sadly passed away #FootballFamily".
Jones played for the club between 1989 and 1990 during his 15-year football career.
