The Black Prince
40 Boar Lane, Leeds
The Black Prince on Boar Lane faces out onto City Square. It occupies a former branch of the Yorkshire Banking Company which dates to 1899. Inside, it's spacious with tall ceilings and a split level seating area which can be cordoned off for private functions if necessary. There's plenty of space to sit, a good selection of drinks, with some bottled and canned craft ales in the fridge behind the bar. There's a decent selection of pub food here too, all at very affordable prices and staff are friendly and accommodating.
